4. How long does it take for my campaign to be approved?
Our team reviews every campaign to ensure it meets our guidelines. Most campaigns are reviewed as quickly as possible, and you’ll be notified once your campaign has been approved and published.
5. Is there a fee for using Fundup Life?
Yes. Fundup Life charges a 5% platform fee to help cover operational costs and maintain our secure fundraising platform. The remaining funds are transferred directly to the campaign owner’s bank account.
6. How do I receive the funds I raise?
Once your fundraising campaign is complete or you choose to close it, we deduct the applicable platform fee and securely transfer the remaining funds to your registered bank account.
7. Is donating through Fundup Life secure?
Yes. We prioritize the security of every transaction by using trusted payment gateways and secure technologies to help protect your personal and financial information.
